WaBee's inception is a story of collaboration, mentorship, and a shared commitment to advancing the field of business analysis. At the helm are Quentin Vandenborre, Laurent Perdaens, and Jean-Yves Atquet.

Together, they navigated the dynamic realm of business analysis, mentoring a dedicated team of approximately 30 analysts. Under Jean-Yves's leadership, Quentin and Laurent supported the team by organizing workshops that served as crucibles for knowledge-sharing among team members. These workshops not only cultivated a culture of collaborative learning but also laid the foundation for what would later become WaBee.

In addition to workshops, the trio orchestrated events that transcended traditional professional boundaries, fostering an environment where ideas flourished and relationships thrived. Their collective effort extended beyond daily operations to include meticulous tracking of team members' missions and internships, ensuring each individual's professional journey was supported and celebrated.

An additional facet of WaBee's commitment was assisting in the development of the next generation of business analysts. This included providing guidance in missions, overseeing internships, and contributing to the crafting of impactful dissertations for students in business analysis.
